Family Ties has provided counseling for Georgia’s children and adolescents since 1994 in Cherokee, Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, and Rockdale counties.  We provide this counseling in homes, community locations and schools.

We partner with 55 schools in five counties as a mental wellness provider for students age 4 to 18. We work with your family in your home or at the school through:

  • Community Linkage
  • Support Groups
  • Educational Support
  • Medication Monitoring
  • Parenting Skills Development
  • Positive Peer Interactions
  • Psychiatric/Psychological Services

  • Pre-Adjudication Monitoring

As a state Fee-For-Service provider, we provide free in-home wellness care for uninsured school children up to age 21 and accept Peach State, WellCare, private and Medicaid insurances.
