As we continue to monitor the situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to share an update on how we will be responding. Your safety is our utmost priority and we are taking our role very seriously.

During the coming weeks, we will continue to support you and your family with our services via telemedicine. We will be taking additional measures to ensure everyone’s safety. We will be sharing reliable resources for you from the community and any information that can help you stay informed via our website. We will also be reaching out to you directly on how we will be continuing services at the current time.

We can provide education on additional hygienic routines, including washing hands, sanitizing surface areas, etc. in order to support you in making your environments safe for you and your family. Our clinicians will support you in every way they can in this unknown chartered territory that we are all facing. For updates with reliable resources use websites such as the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control.

Know that we are committed to our families and providing support where we can. Truly, we are all in this together. There is no clear path forward, and while we are convinced that we will try to do our very best for our staff and our community, we are also not so bold as to think that we have all the answers.

Let’s rely on each other during this time and make sure that we grow stronger as a community.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via your assigned clinician or our Operations Director Randy Joseph.

Sincerely

Hugo Mullins, CEO
Family Ties, Inc.
